The Managing Committee of Horncastle Theatre Company are the elected trustees of the registered charity, responsible for governance. They should not be confused with the Holding Trustees, individuals who are appointed to hold property on behalf of the charity, which as an unincorporated association cannot have assets other than cash in its own name.
